NBG announces the resignation of Mr Dimitrios Kapotopoulos

​The National Bank of Greece (the “Bank”) announces that, during the Board of Directors session held today, the resignation of Mr. Dimitrios Kapotopoulos from the position of Executive Board Member was announced.

In addition, it is announced that during the same session, the Bank’s Board of Directors resolved upon the appointment of Mr. Vassilis Karamouzis as General Manager Corporate and Investment Banking and member of the Executive Committee. Mr. George Koutsoudakis was promoted within the same General Division of Corporate Banking to the position of General Manager Corporate SMEs and Shipping.

The Board of Directors of the Bank extended a warm thank you to Mr. Dimitrios Kapotopoulos for his cooperation and considerable contribution to the workings of the Board of Directors.
