Willis appoints Mike Williams as North America Public Sector and Education Industry Leader

Willis, a WTW business, announced the appointment of Mike Williams as North America Public Sector and Education Leader, responsible for leading the firm's strategy and growth efforts for public sector, education and defense clients across the region.

In this role, Williams will work closely with client service, specialty and placement teams to deliver tailored risk advisory and broking solutions that address the evolving needs of public entities, educational institutions and defense-related organizations. He will also help drive innovation, thought leadership and market engagement across Willis' Public Sector & Education industry specialization.

Williams previously served as Large and Complex Casualty Broking Leader for Public Sector & Education, where he advised some of the sector's most sophisticated organizations and led strategic broking initiatives. He has been with WTW for the last ten years and has held a variety of leadership roles within the Casualty practice focused on client advocacy, broking excellence, and talent development.
